Dental Marketing Strategy Evaluation Tool

Find out whether your biggest growth constraint sits in visibility, lead generation, appointment conversion, patient capacity, marketing economics, or follow-up.

Evaluate Your Dental Marketing Funnel

Enter one typical month of marketing and patient-acquisition data, then rate the systems supporting your growth.

You do not need perfect data. Use the best recent numbers you have. If tracking is incomplete, the tool will treat that as a finding too.

Consider call handling, scheduling, patient questions, financial discussions and treatment presentation.

Marketing Is a Funnel

More traffic is not always the answer. A dental practice can generate plenty of inquiries and still struggle if patients do not book, appointments do not show, the schedule lacks capacity, or the practice cannot identify which marketing produced the patient.

This evaluator looks at the entire path from visibility to actual new patients.

Dental Marketing Evaluator FAQ

What if I do not know exactly how many leads we receive?

Use your best recent estimate, but treat missing tracking as an important finding. A practice cannot confidently evaluate marketing if it cannot connect spend with inquiries, booked appointments and new patients.

Does a low marketing score mean I should spend more?

No. The problem may sit in conversion, tracking, capacity, reputation, website performance or follow-up rather than budget.

Why does the calculator measure booked appointments separately from new patients?

Because those are different stages. A strong lead-to-booking rate followed by poor appointment completion points to a different problem than weak booking performance.

Should every dental practice try to maximize new-patient volume?

No. A practice near capacity may benefit more from improving treatment mix, retention, conversion, scheduling or profitability than simply adding more patient demand.
